Space Booty is committed to respecting your personal data.

The company Coralie Van den Bossche is responsible for the processing of personal data on this site.

The company is located at: 4 rue du commerce, 97460 ST. Paul la Réunion.

The Company may have recourse to the services of service providers for the management of your personal data and in this context guarantees that you will check beforehand whether these service providers offer sufficient guarantees in terms of personal data protection.

a. Purpose and legal basis

The purposes for which personal data is processed are :

• Management of sports program members
• Creation of member areas
• Customer relations management

Processing is based on three legal grounds:

• The consent of the person concerned to order and use the site’s products;
• On the execution of a contract, in other words on the contractual relationship that the Buyer wishes to establish with the Company Coralie Van den Bossche by purchasing programs via the site;
• On the legitimate interest of the space-booty Company by allowing it to keep the proof of the transactions concluded with the Buyer and/or if necessary to proceed to the recovery.

b. Data categories

The data collected is as follows:

• Last name
• First name
• E-mail address
• Postal address
• Payment details (paypal, credit card via stripe)
• Connection data

Data is collected in compliance with the principle of data minimization, and is required to purchase and access programs. Otherwise, the Buyer will not be able to benefit from the service.

c. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the member area is active, from the date the account is created. If the account is inactive for a period of 2 years from the date of the member’s last connection to the member area, an e-mail will be sent to the member. If no reply is received within one month, the account will be deleted automatically.

Connection logs linked to member areas will be kept for 12 months.

In addition, the person may express his/her wish to no longer be a member of Space Booty by writing to customer service at the following address: sav@space-booty.com.

d. Recipients of personal data

Personal data collected by the Space Booty Company may be transmitted to service providers that the Company may call upon for the proper operation of the site, the videos and the products resulting from the service, in compliance with the conditions referred to in the paragraph relating to subcontractors.

Personal data is stored on servers domiciled in Canada.

e. Transfer of data

The Company Coralie Van den Bossche responsible for processing, informs Space Booty members that personal data collected during their purchases of the program(s) may if necessary be transferred to a third country or international organization subject to an adequacy decision taken by the European Commission.

In the case in point, the data is stored by planethoster in Canada. Canada is on the list of countries with a partial level of adequate protection that does not require specific supervision in the context of commercial activities (PIPEDA law).

f. Exercise of rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of May 25, 2018 and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to the Data Protection Act, as amended, all persons have rights with respect to the processing of such personal data, namely rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability of your personal data, right not to be the subject of an individual decision.
